I started writing these short stories in the year 2000. I thought it would be a way of coping with what was happening to me. Unfortunately, it was too painful, so I put them aside. Twenty years later I managed to finish them.
The Shed is the main story which I wrote in memory of my wife, Anne. I wanted to record how Huntington’s Disease affects sufferers and the people around them.
The first two stories are fictional, but the rest are based on fact.
